Fergus Duncan concentrates on residential and
commercial conveyancing and other private client work.
Fergus deals with the administration of executries on behalf
of the firm’s clients and he acts for a number
of trusts. Fergus is well-known locally, being Largs
‘born and bred’.
Gordon McGlashan is dual qualified
in Scottish and English law. Gordon is also qualified
in South African law and held rights of audience in
the South African High Court. Gordon deals with residential
and commercial conveyancing, wills and executries and
commercial and company law.
Robin Mactaggart has a particular interest in land and
property law, succession, inheritance and executries and corporate work.
Robin is well-known in Scotland for his work on behalf of landed estates
including farms.
Betsy Whalen runs the firm’s
Property Department. Betsy, who has over 23 years experience
selling properties on the West Coast of Scotland is
well-known for her friendly and efficient service.
