Our standard sale fee is 1% of the price achieved plus VAT.

If you wish the convenience of our accompanied viewing service with potential purchasers then our sale fee is 1 ½ % plus VAT.

A “No Sale – No Fee” Guarantee

There are no hidden charges or registration fees to market your property with us. Unlike many other estate agents there are no withdrawal or “take off” fees if you change your mind. If we don’t sell your property you don’t owe us any fees.

A Free Valuation

We will carry out a free market appraisal of your property. Simply telephone or call in person to our property office to arrange an appointment with our valuers. We provide this service free and without obligation.

Estate Agents and Solicitors

As Estate Agents and Solicitors, we can provide a combined estate agency and legal service to make it easier for you. You need only deal with us from commencement to conclusion of your sale. We can give you an estimate of fees for this combined service, which will prove very competitive compared with the cost of engaging a firm of estate agents and a separate firm of solicitors to deal with the conveyancing.
